Following our initial free consultation, if you’re keen to proceed we will:

Notify your Insurer (if not already notified)
Provide advice and guidance on all necessary emergency loss mitigation measures
Meet the Insurance Company Loss Adjuster or other representative appointed by them
Prepare the detailed repair schedule, which is then submitted to the Loss Adjuster to commence the negotiation of your claim
If other Professionals are required such as Surveyors, Structural Engineers or Architects; we will request authority from the Insurer for their involvement
Provide guidance on the issue of alternative accommodation, should it be required
Attend all meetings with the Loss Adjuster / Insurer
Request interim finance where necessary
Chase all payments until the claim is concluded to your satisfaction
Act to safeguard recovery opportunities
